The Queen of Pop has made a career out of pushing the boundaries of female sexuality and it seems her quest to stand out from the crowd started as a teenager. The never before seen pictures were taken by photographer Cecil I. Taylor 40 years ago when Madonna was just 18 years old, five years before her first record was released. In the black and white photos, Madonna poses in a black top and headscarf, but with no trousers or knickers on. Despite being bottomless, the teen grins confidently at the camera, while in another shot she opens her mouth and pulls a funny face while standing with her hands on her hips. Another set of pictures show the star - who originally started out as a dancer - completely naked while pulling a series of ballet poses. In one, she stands with her arms above her head while pointing her toe, and in another she holds onto the ballet bar as she stretches an arm and a leg out to the side of her. As she continues to move, another picture sees the naked teen with bent knees as she pushes her torso forward and arches her back, with nothing to protect her modesty. However in some other shots, she does wear a loose dress, but with the buttons open so her breasts are still exposed.
